If you’re passionate about wildlife (like we are), you’ll love this full day adventure. We will explore the Lamar Valley, also known as the Serengeti of North America, where you will see a variety of wildlife, both big and small, in their natural habitat. You will have a chance to see bison, elk, wolves, bears, pronghorn, bighorn sheep, and more. We provide a delicious picnic style lunch and optics for your use each day. So bring your passion and we will take you to where the “Wild Things” are!
Day 2: Upper Loop Tour
The Upper Loop tour will take you to a great variety of places, from the Roosevelt Arch, to the highest road in Yellowstone. The stars of this tour include Mammoth Hot Springs, the Norris Geyser Basin, Dunraven Pass, and the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. You will learn about the geology, history, and ecology of these amazing sites, and enjoy the breathtaking views along the way. Additionally, there are ample wildlife viewing opportunities along this route, so keep your eyes peeled for more furry friends!
Day 3: Lower Loop Tour
On the Yellowstone Lower Loop Tour, you will see what many would describe as the crown jewels of Yellowstone National Park. The Lower Loop tour brings you to many of the park’s most famous thermal features, such as Grand Prismatic Spring and Old Faithful. You will marvel at the colors, shapes, and sizes of these natural wonders, and witness the power and beauty of geysers, hot springs, mud pots, and fumaroles. You will also enjoy the scenic views of Yellowstone Lake, the largest high-altitude lake in North America. Wildlife viewing is always a possibility as well, especially in the Hayden Valley. This tour covers the most mileage of our standard tour options, so be prepared for a full day of exploration and discovery.
